5 cl Skotlander White Rum 1 lime (cut into quarters) 8 mint leaves (plus extra for garnish) 4 teaspoons cane sugar 3 cl club soda Lots of crushed ice
Muddle lime and cane sugar in a highball glass. Add Skotlander White Rum, mint leaves and fill up 1/3 of the glass with crushed ice. Slowly stir with a spoon to spread the aromas. Add a bit of club soda and top it off with extra crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
