1 liter of water
350 g caster sugar
0,5 liter elderflower (flowers without the green stems)
2 lemons (juice and zest)
Dissolve the sugar into boiling water. Pour it over the flowers and the sliced lemons and lemon juice. Leave it in the refrigerator to steep for three days (stir 1- 3 times a day). Strain the liquid and you’re ready!
