6 cl Skotlander White Rum 5 sugar snaps 2 cl simple syrup 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice Ginger ale Freshly ground black pepper Lots of ice cubes
Muddle the sugar snaps. Mix all of the ingredients (except for the ginger ale) with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and add a bit of ginger ale. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
