6 cl Skotlander White Rum 4 cl beetroot juice 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 cl simple syrup Fresh ginger (2 slices) Lots of ice cubes
Muddle the fresh ginger. Mix all the ingredients with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a peel of lemon zest.
