HERBIE GIN PINK is a handcrafted sweet gin. Besides juniper and fresh apples HERBIE GIN PINK is distilled with raspberries and cranberries inspired by the danish terroir. It is soft and gentle, so it will also appeal to some of those not-so experienced gin drinkers.

Mix it with a classic tonic and plenty of ice cubes. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

10 cl tonic
Garnish with fresh (or frozen) raspberries

PINK TOM COLLINS

6 cl HERBIE GIN PINK
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
Mix in a high ball glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with lemon peel
