• Botanicals: Juniper, apples, cardamom, liquorice

10 cl classic tonic
garnish with orange peel or rosemary

BEE’S KNEES

5 cl HERBIE GIN ORIGINAL
3 cl lemonjuice
3 cl akacie honey syrup
Shake with ice cubes and serve in a cocktail glass.
Garnish with fresh grind black pepper
