GREAT DANE

Great Dane Rum is high quality rum carefully selected by the Skotlander Family in Caribbean. The rum is distilled and aged in barrels in the tropical climate and after arriving in the cold North, the rum is further aged. It is therefore a double maturation process where you get the best of two worlds: Classic Caribbean rum with a touch of Danish world class. The Great Dane Rum series ranges widely from light rums that have been developed for drinks to vintage rums that are drunk neat. In 2016, the Skotlander Family launched their own gin brand. Herbie Gin is Danish at its best. Proud craft traditions and an uncompromising approach to raw materials and manufacturing can be tasted. A string of international awards and reviewers in awe of admiration is what Herbie Gin has achieved so far. In 2018, the English spirits magazine "The Spirit Business" voted Herbie Gin one of the 10 best "Value-for-money" gins in the world.

ELLENOR

Ellenor Elderflower Liqueur is made from fresh organic elderflowers that are picked and preserved in alcohol so the fresh and unique taste is preserved. Ellenor is adjusted with a bit of lemon and cane sugar, for a fine balance between acid and sweetness. Ellenor Elderflower is organic and the result of a collaboration with Hasse Bank Johansen, who is a bartender and bar owner. Incidentally, Ellenor is named after his eldest daughter.

SKOTLANDER RUM

Skotlander Rum are exclusive Limited Edition bottlings of rum that is fermented, distilled and aged in Denmark. These are rums that only come in a few numbered bottles. Skotlander Rum is usually at the slightly higher end in terms of percentage and then it is rum that is dry to medium sweet.
